Tax officials of the Czech Tax Administration visit selected municipalities in order to facilitate submission of income tax returns for the taxation period of 2016. During visits they provide assistance in the submission of tax returns, especially for the natural person income tax.
The representatives of the Czech Tax Administration visit 180 municipalities all over the Czech Republic where mayors show an interest in such a service offered. So far this service has been used by the taxpayers in 107 municipalities and it has resulted in submission of over 5000 tax returns. The working visits to municipalities will continue till 3rd April 2017, which is a deadline for the submission of income tax return.
