IOTA organised training for all IOTA countries participating in ISORA in Bucharest on 20-22 April, hosted by the National Agency for Fiscal Administration of Romania. The training was conducted by the ISORA Technical Working Group. 36 participants had the opportunity to gain hands on experience with the ISORA questionnaire and to get familiar with the RA-FIT data reporting system.

The International Survey on Revenue Administration (ISORA) collects revenue administration data from tax and customs administrations from around the world. IOTA offered this training to its member to get acquainted with it before survey launch. Participants got introduction to ISORA/RAFIT, to the basics of data reporting, data quality and roles, received the Guide to Completion of Survey Forms and Related Definitions, were presented with the questionnaire, and were trained in use of the RA-FIT web-survey reporting module. Delegates had the opportunity to practice gained knowledge and raise questions and share comments in group discussions.
